Full Stack Engineer - AI/ML Software Engineer to join our team to deliver impactful customer facing ML and Agentic AI products.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for an adaptive and entrepreneurial technologist to join its co-founding team. As part of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Do Venture AI platform. This exciting and varied role will involve 70% development, 20% product and 10% project management, and the strategic direction of the product roadmap.

Requirements
Expectations of the Residency Program:
Duration: Estimated 6 months or more, depending on progress
Time Commitment: Part-Time, Fully Remote, Weekly Meeting
Your willingness to learn
Responsibilities
Drive the early-stage research process, conduct user interviews and collect market insights to validate the problem and shape the solution
Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps, differentiators, and positioning opportunities
Define and deliver the MVP of the business (with support from our team) to test real customer demand
Lead early sales efforts, pitch, sell, and onboard your first paying customers
Execute fast, use feedback and performance data to refine the offer, pricing, and business model
Own the outcome; take full accountability for the company’s direction, decisions, and long-term success
Desired Technical Skills
· Being hands-on with .Net Core, Python, Blazor, Azure DevOps, AWS etc..
· Architect highly scalable, high-traffic systems across mobile and web
· Develop integration with third-party systems
· Define technical tasks and run sprint retrospectives
· Manage cloud-based infrastructure
· Prototyping of mobile and web solutions
· Leading and Coordinating an offshore dev team
· Test-Driven Development
· Azure Architecture, DevOps, Deployment, Security, Cognitive Services, etc
· Minimum 5 years of experience in managing dev teams in an enterprise environment.
· Proven record of developing and implementing enterprise projects
